Kelly Koh was born and raised in Singapore. She moved to the United States in 2014 to pursue her Masters in Architecture degree at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. She has worked in Berlin for Zvi Hecker Architect and in Singapore for Takenouchi Webb and MKPL Architects. As a long-time collaborator of Design Earth, her work has been exhibited at the Sharjah Biennial and the Cooper Union Gallery in New York as well as the Architecture Biennale in Venice. Since moving to New York in 2016, she designed and built the John Doe Gallery in Brooklyn where she served as curator for its first season of exhibitions. She was a consultant on the relocation and renovation of Artbook at MoMA PS1 and worked as a project manager at O’Neil Langan Architects in New York. Kelly is a licensed architect with G TECTS responsible for an assortment of current projects.
